I used a subscription card and painted it with an acrylic dabber (espresso) then used a stamp (stampedous!, Changito's Love Balloon)with perfect medium and emboss with black, white and red embossing powder. I used azure and sugarberry Smooch to color in the shoes of the monkeys. I also used Smooch (gold lame) to highlight the monkeys ears and hands. I colored in the heart with red Stickles. I added color to the monkeys face and belly with Martha Stewart craft markers(persimmon) The "you & me: sticker is a K&Company (Mira word and phrases Embossed sticker) I added Stickles (red) to the words. Lastly added Rick Rack (white)around the edge of the card.
Stay tuned for more updates today. I am sure I will be back adding things all day!
Kathi's challenge to us is to re-purpose and/or use plastic in a card or tag. I used a plastic that I took off of an embellishment package. The butterfly is from K& company I then added Smooch (siren & gold lame) to the flowers. The word "adore" is from my stash and not sure I picked that up sorry. I also added Smooch (gold lame & siren) to added color. The large yellow flower is Prima (Calypso)and the small pink flower is also Prima (Fabric Fancies). The white flower between the two is another Prima (Fabric Fancies)

Tracy challenge was : Use a "rainbow" or "rainbow colors" on a card or project. I took a green card base and added the rainbow paper. Yellow and purple ribbon along the middle and across the top. I used a white glitter paper and added 3 layered flowers on top of that with a green bling. In the corner I added the work lucky. Lucky cause that is what rainbows are about, right?Marnie challenge was to Reuse/Recycle Magazine pages. I took a brown piece of paper and made it look like a tree. I the Nation Geographic Jr. magazine I found a picture of 2 baby wood peckers so i made the look as if they were in the hallow of the tree. Placed a nature beauty sticker on the card and added a ribbon.
